The formal talks (La Mesa Nacional de Dialogos y Negociacion) will establish a National Thematic Committee to faciliate popular national consultation on proposals and recommendations for the formal talks, to be implemented through 'Public Audiences'. As a complementary tool, the Govt will, by way of the national postal service, invite correspondence from citizens and institutions of the different sectors represented at the formal talks.
