Enforcement Mechanism :
Entire agmt concerns enforcement, establishing Truce Monitoring Group consisting of parties to the agmt, and acknowledging the willingness of States in the region to contribute personnel and other forms of support to a neutral Regional Truce monitoring Group for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the truce. 2. Parties agree to establish a Peace consultative Committee in order to facilitate consultation and liaison among the parties, the Truce Steering Committee, the Truce Commander, and the Truce monitoring Group, and at the local level. 3. the Role of the Peace Consultative Committee is to review and assess implementation adherence by the signatories to the True. It wil receive regular reports from the Truce Monitoring Group. The Committee will have no direct involvement in the command or the deployment decision made by the Truce Monitoring Group. 4. Peace Consultative Committee to consist of reps of the parties to the agmt, and 5. may invite reps of other groups or bodies or person to become members.
