Enforcement Mechanism :
African Mission responsible for monitoring and verifying the ceasefire. Joint liason teams comprising representatives of all the signatories and all the African mission through the Joint Ceasefire Commission, to share information and facilitate communication betewen parties in order to reduce the likelihood of violations, clarify alleged violations and help build trust between the signatores. Duties and functions to be estalbished by internal rules of proceudre, which shall determine their attributes, functioning, an rights and general duties. Joint Ceasefire Commission composied of representatives appointed by all belligerents and by the African mission.

UN SC informed. Regional Summit on Burundi welcomes in a letter attached to Ambassador letter. Guarantor: AU
