initialed text of the Implementation Modalities attached, and the initialed Global Implementation Matrix are 'part and parcel' of the CPA; The Constitutional Task Team shall work out an appropriate mechanism for resolving any discrepancies that may arise during the implementation process, between this agreement on Implementation Modalities and its Appendices and any of the other signed Protocols or Agreements.
