Principles: the document establishing the BRG will provide for continuing progress towards free and democratic elections and settlement of the political issue, with elections to be held as soon as possible. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BRG Bougainville leaders will convene a constituent assembly, broadly representative of the Bougainville people, to adopt the doc establishing the BRG. STRUCTURE OF THE BRG The BRG will have both legislative and executive arm. The legislative arm will be broadly representatiev of the people of Bougainville, with special provision for representation of women and other interesT groups as agreed by the Bougainvillean parties. CONSTITUTION OF BRG art. 11 (1) Congress shall appoint as nominated members reps from the Bougainville Transitional Govt, BRA, the resistance forces, women orgs, the churches, and indigenous religious groups. TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS, art.33 Constituent Assembly to consist of all members of BTG, and Bougainville Interim Govt, all 4 Bougainville national parliamentarians, Francis Ono, 6 reps of the women of Bougainville, 3 church reps, 3 reps of indigenous religious groups
