Summary :

Declared that the war was thereby brought to an end and provided that the documents above were an integral part of the Peace Agreement (put in Annexes). Also provided that the Transitional Government would be set up within 37 days, operating under the Constitution of 10 June 1991 and the Arusha Peace Agreement during the Transition period.
