4.1.a) parties are permitted to bring advisors to the plenary assembly, subject to accreditation by CONAI, (c) CONAI to chair the sessions of the assembly; 4.2 b) working commissions established, consisting of party delegates, advisors to be accredited by CONAI, in coordination with COCOPA, both CONAI and COCOPA to be invited to the sessions of the Working Commissions; 4.3.a) makes same provision re study groups established, 4.3.b) parties can inivte other participants to the sessions of study groups, the procedure for their election to be agreed by the parties, case by case; 4.4.b) the Working Commissions composition as per 4.2.c), and also participants invited by the parties.
