For the purpose of implementing the agreement, a quadrapartite Commission is established, with the principle task (5.) to formulate, discuss, and approve plans to implement programmes for the safe, orderly, and voluntary repatriation of refugees and IDPs and securing their reintegration; the Commission will establish a working group of experts to undertake an assessment of the
