6. The parties accept external assistance incl a Multinational Supervisory Team to contribute to the implmentation of this programme under the framework determined in this Declaration. 7. provides for establishment fo Taskforce for implementation, 8. consisting of reps appointed by the national Minister for Provincial Affairs, in consultation with interim legal authority. 10.i. organise a multinational supervisory team to participate in the programme, v. allow and faciliate NGOs, incl churches and community groups, to contribute toward the successful implementation of the programme. 12. provides for review of implemenation every six months. 13. the National Minister for Provincial Affairs may request a review at any stage. 16. disputes to be resolved through dialogue and consultation. 17. where this is not possible, each party may recommend arbitrators to this end.
