The parties agree that all leaders and combatants of CNDD_FDD shall receive temporary immunity, and also the security forces of the Government of Burundi (art.2.1 and 2.2). The agree to establish a joint Commission which shall study individual cases of civilians currently serving sentence to determin whether they should be granted temporary immunity (art 2.3). They endorsed agreements contained in Arush PR Agmt providing for the establishment of the Internatioanl Criminal Tribunal and the National Truth and Reconciliation Commission (Art 2.4).
