Agreement ultimately incorporated in Darfur Agreement. The parties reiterate their commitment to negotiate in good faith and respect pervious agreements, humantiaran law and human rights. They define principles and issues that shall guide the future negotiations: the diversity of Sudan, democracy, citizenship, power and wealth sharing, refugee's right to return, reconsruction and reconciliation as well as the management of natioanl resorouces. They call for broad security arrangements and for a Darfur-Darfur Dialogue and Consultaiton (DDDC).
